This Data consists of information including your name, address, e-mail, phone numbers, work and education history, details of your eligibility to work through passport or visa and your responses to / results of any skills assessments or personality profiling we may be required to carry out on behalf of our Client’s.

You are under no obligation to provide any such information; however, this will affect the quality of the services we are able to provide you with if you choose not to.

Why do we process this personal data?
We process this personal data as necessary to aid the recruitment process, to provide our services to you and to market roles and services to you as well as advise you of news and industry updates, events, promotions and competitions (where we do use your information to market further products and services to you, you will be able to unsubscribe from such communications).

We may also use Aggregate Data to help us understand our Users as a group so that we can provide you with a better service and provide targeted advertising on our website.

Information that you submit will be stored for as long as we legitimately need it, as required by the law or until such time as you ask us to remove it. This information is sent to and stored on secure servers located in the United Kingdom.
