We are currently searching for an Assistant restaurant Manager for a gastronomic restaurant "Michelin star" in Sydney
We would be looking at someone who is enthusiastic and ready to come in and train staff well and take the restaurant to another level so someone with 1 to 2 Michelin star experience in Europe will be key.
Fluent English a must.
Very good salary offered and accommodation!! Post to start in 2024
